I went to the front desk, and they told me I had to request cleaning in advance! I checked the hotel website, and only then did I realize I was supposed to pre-order room cleaning. I’ve never encountered anything like this before. Isn’t basic room cleaning something I should be able to expect from a hotel? It’s disappointing that you’re implementing such a confusing and inconvenient policy the Covid 19 is over !!! Bottom line after 3 hours they made my room around 1600 .”
